Can I have my order shipped during Early Access?

No. From 10 to 16 August, pickup in Chamonix is the only option. Checkout does not accept a delivery address in this period. Home delivery opens on 24 August.

Where does pickup happen?

At the Ultrathletics stand in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, during race week. The exact address and opening hours are emailed to registrants.

What if I don't come to collect my order?

After a waiting period, you are refunded. You can also ask for a credit note and have the order shipped, with the shipping cost on you.

Will there be a restock?

Maybe. Registrations received between 8 and 16 August decide whether a second production batch happens, delivered straight to Chamonix if demand is high enough.

When can I order online with delivery?

From 24 August. The site becomes a shop that day, with a surprise drop on top.

How does the promo code work?

During race week, every order placed in the online shop earns a promo code sent by email, valid on a future order. At the stand, buyers leave with a collector pack.

How do I choose my size?

The t-shirts run from S to XXL, unisex fit. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
